Bonus Terms & Conditions

  1. General Provisions

    1. Participation in bonus programs is voluntary. By claiming or accepting a bonus, the player agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The Administration reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
    3. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific terms of the applicable promotion shall prevail over these general Terms.

  2. Types of Bonuses

    1. Bonus credited to the Bonus Balance

      1. Credited to a separate bonus account.
      2. Wagering requirements must be met exclusively with real balance wagers.
      3. Upon full completion of wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom are transferred to the Main Balance.
      4. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the prescribed period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

    2. Bonus credited to the Main Balance

      1. Credited directly to the player’s Main Balance and available for immediate play.
      2. Withdrawal of such funds is prohibited until (i) full wagering requirements are met, and (ii) the player has made a deposit equal to 100% of the credited bonus amount.
      3. Where the bonus amount is lost and the balance reaches the minimum level, any remaining wagering requirement shall be deemed void and the bonus forfeited.

  3. Wagering Requirements

    1. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is forty (40) times the bonus amount.
    2. Only wagers placed with real balance funds qualify toward meeting the wagering requirements.
    3. Until wagering is fully satisfied, bonus funds and winnings remain restricted from withdrawal.
    4. The Administration reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abuse, including but not limited to minimal-risk wagering strategies.
    5. Excluded Games

The following game categories do not contribute to wagering requirements: Video Poker, Arcade Games, Card Games, Blackjack, Baccarat, Casual Games, Craps, Keno, Lotteries, Table Games, Roulette, Scratch Cards, Bingo, Live Dealer Games, Crash Games, Plinko, Jackpot Games, Fast Games, Bonus Buy Games.
    7. The following titles are excluded from wagering requirements:

  4. Limits

    1. The maximum bet permitted while wagering a bonus is 5 EUR/USD or currency equivalent per spin/round.
    2. The maximum winnings derived from bonus funds shall not exceed ten (10) times the credited bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.

  5. Validity Period

    1. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit.
    2. Upon expiry, unused bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.

  6. Withdrawals

    1. Withdrawal of bonus funds is strictly prohibited until wagering requirements have been satisfied.
    2. For bonuses credited to the Main Balance, withdrawal eligibility is contingent upon:
      • (i) making a deposit equal to 100% of the bonus amount, and
      • (ii) full satisfaction of wagering requirements.
    3. Any withdrawal request submitted prior to fulfilling these conditions shall be limited to the amount of the player’s own deposited funds.

  7. Bonus Cancellation

    1. Players may request cancellation of an active bonus by contacting Customer Support.
    2. Cancellation shall result in the forfeiture of:
      • the bonus amount; and
      • any winnings generated from such a bonus.
    3. Upon cancellation, the account reverts to a non-bonus status.

  8. Security and Fair Play

    1. All player activity may be reviewed by the Security Department.
    2. In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity, bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled without notice.
    3. The Administration reserves the right to exclude any player from participation in promotions at its sole discretion and without explanation.

  9. Technical Errors

    1. In the event of a technical malfunction leading to erroneous crediting of funds, such funds shall be confiscated.
    2. Any winnings derived from erroneously credited funds shall likewise be confiscated.

  10. Bonus Allocation and Wagering Priority

    1. Where multiple bonuses are active, they shall be allocated and wagered in chronological order, with the earliest credited bonus taking priority.
    2. If multiple promotions apply to the same qualifying action (e.g., first deposit), the following hierarchy shall apply unless otherwise specified:
      1. (i) promo code bonuses;
      2. (ii) regular bonuses offered by the project;
      3. (iii) seasonal, holiday, or one-time promotions.
    3. No subsequent bonus may be activated until the preceding one has been completed or cancelled.

  11. Special Promotions

    1. For special offers, promotional campaigns, seasonal events, deposit series bonuses, free spins, and similar promotions, specific terms and conditions may apply as set out in the relevant promotion description.
    2. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail over these general Terms.
