Refunds Policy

The Refund Policy is an attachment to the Terms and Conditions of the Company. Before playing, please get familiar with each of the documents and make sure you understand both.

All bets are processed in real-time, therefore, as soon as you place your bet and receive the outcome, the funds can't be returned.

A refund request will only be considered if requested within the first 24 (twenty-four) hours of the alleged transaction and the funds were not used in whole or in part, remained on the balance. You can request your refund in Contacts or in support chat. Your request will be processed in 7 (seven) working days.

For your request to be considered, you need to verify your identity, current address, and ownership of the payment methods used to add funds. In some cases, we can request an extended list of documents. The review of the refund request will be put on hold until all of the requested documents have been provided, and we can verify your identity and ownership of payment methods.

Refusal or inability to provide the required documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of their request will result in the closure of the request, and the refund will not be considered.

Regardless of the decision about the request, once it is reviewed, your account will be blocked without the possibility to be reopened.

Any transaction made with a debit or credit card can be returned unilaterally if the Company considers such transaction as one that carries an unacceptable security risk or for legal reasons (for example, the Company has valid suspicions that the card has been stolen).

If you are not satisfied with your experience using our services and decide to request a refund of funds left on the balance of your account, kindly note that we will deduct all winnings and bonuses before calculating the amount to be refunded.

If you decide to block your account while having real funds left on your balance, we advise you to create a withdrawal request first. It is not possible to withdraw funds from a blocked account. If there is a refund request from a blocked account, the potential refund amount cannot exceed the sum of the deposits of the last gaming session.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used to make the transaction, except for the instances when the latter is not possible (e.g., the payment method doesn't support incoming payments). In that case, the Company will suggest one of the available payment methods in the Cashbox.

Note that the refund amount cannot be less than 10 EUR or equal in the other gaming balance currency. If your balance is less than the minimum amount, we will not consider your request. The fees related to the processing of the refund payments can be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

After 30 (thirty) days from the moment the account was blocked, if there was no request for a refund, all funds remaining on the blocked account’s balance will be debited.
